Valencian Paella Recipe

Ingredients 

1/2 kg of chicken

1 kg of octopus

1 kg of squid

2 kg of mussels

1/2 kg of medium shrimp

1/2 kg parboiled rice

2 pieces of large garlic head

3 pieces of tomatoes for sauce

1 piece of yellow pepper

saffron and salt to taste

 

Preparation 

Place half of the garlic to brown in olive oil.

Add the seasoned chicken.

Cook until golden brown.

Book the chicken.

In a separate pan, cook the unpeeled mussels and the large shrimp.

PART 2: 20 TO 30 MINUTES:

PART 3: 40 TO 50 MINUTES:

Add the octopus, chicken and mussels.

Add shrimp water to cover the ingredients.

Add the tomato and chopped bell pepper.

Let it boil until it tastes good and becomes juicy.

PART 4: 20 TO 30 MINUTES:

Put cold water (3 water for 1 rice) and saffron.

Put the rice.
